28-80mm 58mm midrange (Bunch of filters for this one)
100-300mm telephoto lens for critters and stalking)
2x teleconverter I almost never use because the picture quality with it sucks, a handful of filters & a tripod small enough to fit in a backpack.

Nothing super-fancy. As minimal, easy to carry, and quick to set up and pull down as I could manage and still get nice shots.
